Mushtaq Taleb Inad, director of the book fair, said that it was mounted by the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Mousa Kazem’s (AS) holy shrine on the martyrdom anniversary of the 7th Imam (AS).
He said publishers from over 60 countries including Britain, Iran, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria have showcased books in various religious, cultural, literary and academic fields as well as Quran copies and translations.
Opened with the motto of ‘Imam Mousa Kazem (AS), Source of Everlasting Light for Humanity’, the book fair will run until Friday, June 1.
