"Health Professions" in the Region of Kurdistan Threaten of General Sit-in
The union of the health professions owners in the province of Kurdistan, threatened on Monday, of sit-in in all health institutions in the event of non-implementation of its demands by the provincial government, most notably the increasing of the allocations of risk and the opening of the evening Faculty of Nursing.
Today Monday dozens of union members gathered in front of the Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government building. They handed over a memorandum to the Council of Ministers of the region including their demands.
Hadi Fariq Qarman, the spokesman of the union of the health professions owners said at a news conference attended by " Shafaq News" that "the demands of the union consisted of making the risk allocations of the staff of the health professions owners equal with all employees in the health sector, and Like doctors who receive allocations risk dangerous with a difference of 50% higher than our allocations. "
"We demand the provincial government to implement all our demands that they have approved but not implemented, including the opening of the evening College of Nursing." He added .
The union of the health professions owners in Kurdistan Iraq has about 23 000 members distributed in all areas of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
